TRP will NOT be responsible for any claim or loss due to negligence by any Postal Authority or agent thereof. New parts carry a 90 day warranty on workmanship & defects. Some products carry a longer warranty through the manufacturer THERE IS A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS. MUST HAVE A RGA # BEFORE RETURNING. ONLY NEW ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN and they MUST be in original package (if sent) and re-saleable. The Warranty on new items is through the Manufacturer and you must follow their protocol for exchange/return. Buyer pays all freight charges to return regardless of reason. NO Returns on Fabricated covers or Special Order parts.
